Customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal of Tesla-Medix and we'd like to provide all Tesla Owners with the best products and services!

 

30-Day Return Money-Back Guarantee

We have a 30-day return and money-back guarantee, which means you have 30 days from the time you receive the item to request a return on a non-quality product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

DAMAGED ITEM

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately If your item arrived damaged, please do not apply the damaged products on your Tesla. Simply send us an email with a picture or video of the damaged item to the email below within 7 days of delivery.

We will file a claim with the carrier and once the claim is approved, we would send you a brand-new replacement for the damaged items.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEM

Generally, TESLA-MEDIX would check every product before we mail it to customers. If you think the items you received is a defective item/not functioning as description, please send us a email with the description of the defective item to email below within 30 days of delivery.

Our customer service will have a troubleshooting with you to make sure the product is properly applied. If the product is deemed defective, you can either request a replacement or full refund for the defective item.

 

If your return is due to a product defect or warranty, return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.

 

NON-QUALITY ISSUE RETURN

To be eligible for a non-quality issue return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

If you'd like to request a non-quality issue return, simply contact us through email below within 30 days of delivery.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Opened and unused products have the same return window but are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Except for warranty issues, return shipping fees will be deducted from the return credit. Once used, a product is ineligible for return.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

TESLA-MEDIX does not refund for any used and/or installed vehicle accessories, broken or incomplete kits, items absent of their original packaging, and free gift.

 

EXCHANGE

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

TESLA-MEDIX will respond to all your request regarding return and refund within 48 hours.

 

REFUNDS ON SALE ITEM

All Sale are final, item on sale are not refundable unless defective/damaged items received.
